Really good Stay in a Prime Location

The location was fantastic (airport bus right at the doorstep). Klook tour pick up was near the hotel. Food, a convenience store, Odori Park, and a subway station are all within walking distance. I found the coin laundry machine in the lobby, equipped with three washers and three dryers, very convenient. The hotel design looks posh and modern, which I appreciated. Counter staff speaks good English.
The breakfast during my last day was slightly subpar, as some items were missing, and the service was slow to replenish them. It was still acceptable but not as good as previous days. All other aspects of my stay were excellent.

The breakfast hall is grand and offers a wide variety of delicious options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local delicacies available. The service was attentive.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable (perfect for relaxation after a long day). It offered views to the west from the upper floors. The powerful air conditioning was much appreciated, helping to beat the summer heat.

The reception and staff were very service-minded and provided excellent assistance. Room service was also professional with an attention to detail. I found the staff helpful and efficient in addressing any requests I had.

my room's air conditioning barely worked , even though i reported it twice. the temperature stayed uncomfortably warm. additionally , the breakfast buffet was often crowded , and some items were consistently lukewarm. i found the lack of attentive maintenance quite frustrating.

the location was convenient for accessing nearby shopping areas.
i booked a beautiful corner twin room. the room was smaller than advertised, with the hallways taking up valuable space, this was quite disappointing. the blinds in the room did not close properly, this allowed too much light in early in the morning. the air conditioning was also not working correctly, i found the room to be uncomfortably warm throughout my stay.
